No one seemed to be awake yet, so I was roaming around the city by myself, just taking in the scenery. The woods to my left glow a soft green, so I veer in to it and listen to the song birds. After a few moments of peaceful walking I hear a soft whinny. I look around, but nothing seems to be close to where I am. I start walking towards where I thought I heard the noise. I hear it again, louder this time, so I know I’m headed in the right direction.
I finally reach a barn of some sort. Coming around the side I see that it’s a stable and the mounts just don’t really seem normal. Some in armor, or made of only bone. Some aren’t even horses, wolves and large cats and flipping dinosaurs are among them. Creep around the side and hear a small whinny next to me. I look to my left, expecting, halfheartedly, a foal. And a foal I did find, but it was. . . Made of stars. Constellations, holy Mother Earth it was a winged pony made of stars. I stared in amazement, until someone spoke behind me.
“Beautiful isn’t he?” a male voice said.
I gasped, “Yes. Yes, he is.”
“Celestial mounts are a rare breed and we’re very lucky to have some.”
“They are so gorgeous.” I breathe, and reach my hand out to touch him.
“You seem a bit more beautiful.” He said smoothly.
I laugh, “ You don’t even know my name.”
“ Well, mine is Mark.” He offers his hand to me.
I take it softly, “Call me Rise.” The book had a name engraved on the back. MourningRise. I liked it, so I decided that would be my name. It felt very strange to use it, but it felt natural, so I tried not to think about it to much.
He smiles and kisses my knuckles, “Beautiful name, for a beautiful lady.” He says releasing my hand.
I roll my eyes and laugh softly. “Mark, can you do me a favor ?”
  “Anything for you, lady.”
“I need to find a class trainer. Can you help me?” I say batting my eyes a bit.
“Of course, madam. For what class do you search?”
  “Paladin.”
“Easy enough. The chapel is the first place we should check.”
I nod and follow him back into town, it seemed a lot busier now that the sun was higher in the sky. People were bustling about, getting breakfast, haggling prices, normal things. I feel lost in the feeling of normality, something so unfamiliar to me. I slow my walk. Blend in with all the crowds, feel like one of them. It’s so different, the peace in this place.
“Where is your mind? You need to keep up or you’ll get lost.” Mark said, snapping his fingers in front of my eyes.
“Wha-? Oh. Yea, yea sorry.” I say, jogging forward, still thinking about peace and what it would be like to have it.
